Can I add more than one action taken per referral?

Yes. By default, you are limited to one action taken per referral. However, you can change this in SWIS Settings to allow up to four additional or secondary actions taken per referral. 

To modify the Maximum Actions Taken Per Referral:

1. In School Settings in the Applications section, click on SWIS.
2. Click anywhere within the Maximum Actions Taken Per Referral row.
3. Enter the maximum number of actions taken you'd like to allow per referral.
4. Click Save.

Note: The action taken for the referral is indicated with a yellow star in the Referral Entry screen. The primary action taken is also the action used in reports.
