Can I track more than one behavior in a referral?

Yes. By default, you are limited to one behavior per referral. However, you can change this in SWIS Settings to allow up to four additional or secondary behaviors per referral. 

To modify the Maximum Behaviors Allowed Per Referral:

1. In School Settings in the Applications section, click on SWIS.
2. Click anywhere within the Maximum Behaviors Allowed Per Referral row.
3. Enter the maximum number of behaviors you'd like to allow per referral.
4. Click Save.

Note: The primary behavior for the referral is indicated with a yellow star in the Referral Entry screen. The primary behavior is also the behavior used in reports.
