How do I report on additional actions taken?

In SWIS, you can enable the option to collect more than one action taken for a referral. This information is available in the Drill Down report.

In Drill Down:
Once you've selected your report filters and generated your report, select Action Taken from the Graph Type drop-down menu. Select the Show Secondary option. By selecting the reporting option to show secondary actions taken, the report you generate will display with primary actions displayed in green. Anytime the action was also selected as an additional action another bar displays in blue.
