I am a PBIS Apps User and forgot my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can select the ‘Forgot Password’ button within the login section on the PBIS Applications homepage. A temporary password will be emailed to the email address we have in the system.

If you have not received a temporary password by email after 5 minutes or you are still having trouble logging in you can contact a PBIS Apps customer support representative using the "Submit a ticket" option on the right.
