Each person accessing an organization’s PBIS Assessment account will login with his or her own username and password. (The exception to this is any educator logging in only to take a multiple-response survey – links are used to submit these surveys rather than usernames and passwords.)
Each user established in PBIS Assessment will be assigned a user role. Below is a table describing the functionality available to each user type:

- Read-Only users can generate survey reports in PBIS Assessment.
- Team Members have the ability to take surveys, back enter survey data and generate all reports.
- Coordinators can do everything in PBIS Assessment including opening survey windows, changing survey window dates, taking surveys, editing survey responses, setting up users, generating reports, and much more. Coordinators cannot setup other coordinators.
