What are the prerequisites for using Person Import?

Before using Person Import, schools must:

Enable required district IDs for students and staff.
Ensure all active and inactive students and staff have district IDs.
Ensure district IDs are unique within each person type.
Be able to generate a properly formatted CSV file.
