How do I enable Person Import in my SWIS account?

To enable Person Import:

1. Resolve all Data Integrity issues.
2. Create a CSV file matching the specification.
3. Test the import in the SWIS Sandbox.
4. Successfully upload a test file with at least 20 records.
5. Return to the live account and enable Person Import.
6. Upload the tested file into the live environment.
