It isn’t necessary to send your entire team to facilitator training. Typically, districts will send along one or two people to be trained as SWIS facilitators. The SWIS facilitator acts as a data coach to help schools get on board with SWIS, train users, and guide data-based team decisions. Once your district has a SWIS facilitator, they will be able to help train everyone at your site on how to use SWIS. SWIS facilitator training and SWIS user training are different types of training.
