When a referral you sent to be reviewed comes back to you, it's probably because the reviewer needed more information from you before they could save the referral as complete. Simply head to Tools:
- Click Referral Management to find the referral.
- Double-click the referral and check out any of the fields with missing information.
- Send the referral back for review when you've added the missing information.
If, after looking at the information you included on the referral, it's still not clear why it was sent back, check with the reviewer for what they need.
