How do I know if there is a referral waiting for me to review?

There are two ways you'll be notified when there's a referral waiting for your attention:

Email: When someone assigns a referral for you to review, SWIS sends you an email notification with instructions for what to do next.

In-App Notification: If there are referrals waiting for your review, you'll see a notification displayed on the main SWIS dashboard when you log in. Click the yellow notification in the upper right-hand corner to review the referrals assigned to you.
