In an effort to ensure confidentiality is maintained, SWIS Suite sessions will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity. If you are away from your computer for longer than 15 minutes, the system will log you out and any unsaved data will be lost. We would recommend saving all data before moving away from the SWIS Suite screen to ensure if you are timed-out the data you have entered will be saved.
