I just want to show active staff on the pull down when choosing a staff member to enter a discipline referral. Also, how can I merge a staff member that has changed her name?
When you click the Staff drop down menu on the referral form, it will give you the option of seeing Active, Inactive or Archived staff members. If you only want to see Active, you’ll want to make sure only the Active box has a check mark in it. If you still see staff on the list who are no longer at your school you’ll want to update their status in Person Management. You will archive the staff in Person Management by selecting each person that needs to be archived or marked as inactive and then right clicking and setting status to Archived or Inactive. You can also click the Set Status drop down menu at the top of the person list and select the appropriate option from the drop down in order to change multiple people at a time.
