As soon as I open the think to change my password, the website redirects to your home page and I am unable to enter a new password. I haven't been able to enter any data for a month. Please help... Rebecca
It sounds like either 3rd party cookies are being blocked, or you have a security setting (most likely at the school or district level) that doesn’t allow you to click on unknown links from an email. You’ll want to make sure you’re allowing 3rd party cookies and check with your IT person to ensure you can access the link.
