We inadvertently uploaded the wrong list. How can we delete the student list and upload the correct one?
Unfortunately we are unable to delete a student list once it’s been uploaded. As long as there aren’t any referrals tied to the student records, you will be able to manually go in and delete the student records.
If you have found a record to delete:
In Person Management, click on the appropriate tab: Students, Staff, Non-Staff.
Locate and click the name of the person to delete.
A window will open asking to confirm the deletion. Click delete to complete the process. If you decide not to delete the record, click cancel and the window will close. The person record will not be deleted.
