The new website is much more difficult to access. First, I have to re-enter my email address every time. It won't remember that I was at the website logging on yesterday, or earlier today, or anytime. Second, the log-in is at the bottom of the screen and you have to scroll to get to the password. Third, for no apparent reason once I log on, I have to go to an additional page that just makes me click "continue" . It is more cumbersome and takes more time than it needs to. Please streamline this. And, I now see that someone else (not surprisingly) has the came concern as I posted on the public website. Just because we have come to the maximum allowable responses doesn't mean you have fixed the problem.
Thank you for your feedback. We are always interested in learning ways in which we can improve our applications to give you access to the information you need to support the students in your building.
I wanted to first alert you to a second place where you can enter you login information. At the top right-hand corner of your screen within the gray appbar is a link labeled PBIS Applications Login. Click that link and you’ll find a place to enter your username and password. Once logged in, you’ll simply slide over to the left hand side, click the SWIS Suite link and you’ll find yourself at the SWIS Continue screen you’ve always seen.
I realize this doesn’t address your concerns about having to enter your login information each time.
As with many new development efforts, there are features that can go overlooked. We are excited about the new features available within PBISApps.org; however, a feature we didn’t identify as a team was a way for users to save their login information within the page. It was a feature we overlooked and we apologize for the oversight. Our developers are actively looking for ways to improve this experience while still maintaining industry and IRB standards for protecting confidential, student behavior data.
Our intention with everything we do is to provide all schools with access to data in the most efficient way possible. Our hope with PBISApps.org is to provide access to information, support and updates for all of our applications in one, highly visible site.
