In the ISIS-SWIS template document "Support Team Plan," what is the purpose of the "action" column? To record the date something was actually accomplished? To say what the action was, or just to check it off? Thanks!
I checked with the original author of this tool, Anne Todd. This tool was created in 1993 and has been revised over time. She recommended using Action as a place for details of the task but supported the idea than another column could be added for the current status of the task.
Anne also recommended that the information ultimately be incorporated into meeting minutes or possibly an action plan that is already being utilized by the support team (for efficiency). Please let me know if you have any recommendations or ideas. Thanks.
