I accidentally uploaded our MS student list to the HS account. Is there a way to bulk remove all student accounts and just re-upload the correct student list?
Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to remove a file that was uploaded incorrectly. They will have to be deleted one by one.
In Person Management, click on the appropriate tab: Students, Staff, Non-Staff.
Locate and click the name of the person to delete.
A window will open asking to confirm the deletion. Click delete to complete the process. If you decide not to delete the record, click cancel and the window will close. The person record will be deleted.
