I am in the process of getting schools in our district ready for CICO. I am at the licensing phase with one of them and right now I am finding conflicting information. In my Facilitator Guide it states that if I am adding CICO-SWIS, a new licensing agreement is required but in another location it states the at the License Agreement is only accepted to set up new schools. I a a little confused about what steps I should take at this point, this building has completed the Readiness Check and I would like to get them going soon. HELP?

Anytime a school is adding a new subscription, a new license agreement will need to be sent in, even if that school is currently set up with access to a different application.
