How can we put demographics into SWIS? Why are our students listed alphabetically by first name in SWIS?

Hi Deb,

You are able to print a list of students with demographic information from SWIS. From Person Management, select the students tab. From the students tab, click on the up arrow next to the Status column header. A drop down menu will appear and you will want to click on columns. Once you click on Columns you will be able to select any information you want to view in the student list. Once you’ve selected all the student information you want to see, you can click the Print Roster button on the right hand side of the student list.
