Transferring student data

Tami Kroc Nov 19, 2015 11:09AM PST

We have multiple school centers and at times students transfer from one center to another during the year. At the end of the year entire grade levels transfer from one center to another. Is it possible to have a way to transfer student data from one district location (school) to another?

The data entered for a student at an elementary school will stay within that schools account. Our system is designed to track student behavior at a particular location and make decisions based on that data. Schools may be behave very differently in a different building, with different staff, and different students thus having data from another location may not represent the current situation. Some schools chose to print out a student dashboard to send along with the student file to the next school attending.
