I am a local coordinator / facilitator but am pretty new at this. I was told that I can go in and open survey windows for districts that are currently going through our local PBIS trainings. I have printed off the support documents about how to do it...I just can't find the "Surveys menu"...
The best thing for you to do would be to visit the PBIS Applications’ Trainings and Webinars page at: https://www.pbisapps.org/Resources/Pages/Training-Webinars.aspx
and sign up for the PBIS Assessment webinar where a presenter will guide you through the use of the PBIS Assessment application. Unfortunately, the next webinar isn’t until the 24th of this month.
If that is too long to wait, you can access the same information (minus the ability to ask the presenter questions) by watching a video recording of one of our Assessment webinars at: http://www.pbisapps.org/Resources/Pages/PBIS-Assessment-Overview-Webinar.aspx
The short answer is that “Surveys” should be a menu choice from the top of your black menu bar. Clicking on it provides a dropdown with Survey List as a choice, click on it and then click on the survey you want to use. The options will allow you to select from your scope either all the districts, a set of districts, or a particular district. For each of the districts, you would then choose all the schools, a select group of schools, or a single school to set up a survey window.
I hope this helps, but I really invite you to join us at one of the upcoming Assessment webinars.
