How do I pull reports, such as the SSS, so that I can view the results from a district perspective and not just by individual building?
Our application, PBIS Evaluation, is the only one of our apps that aggregates data from multiple schools.
The SWIS Suite (SWIS, CICO, ISIS) and PBIS Assessment look at only one school at a time. You can access the information for all the schools within your scope in both of those applications, but you can only see the data from one school at a time.
Eval aggregates the information from multiple schools within your scope in any configuration you desire (one school, any group of schools, or all the schools).
Unfortunately, Eval does not aggregate the School Safety Survey outcome data, though. You can see the numbers of schools and Safety Surveys that were completed each year, but you will not be able to see a single report showing aggregated outcome data for multiple schools in one place.
The outcome data for each school is an averaged description of how the participants in the survey perceived elements of risk and protective factors at that school. We don’t average the school SSS averages beyond showing the numbers of schools involved in taking the survey.
I imagine this is not the answer you wanted to hear, but I’m afraid for now it is the only answer I have for you.
Please let me know if I have misunderstood the question or if I can help in another way.
