CICO data download

Dan Fredericks Sep 02, 2015 09:41PM PDT

We are making some changes to the number of periods at my school this year, so I was wondering if it is possible to download our previous years' data from CICO? I know that we will lose all of our prior data once the changes are made, so is it possible to create a backup before that happens?

In order to change the period and expectations template and maintain your data you will want to Add a new template. If you edit the existing template the data will be deleted. Adding a new template will allow the school to notably see the difference with a period change. In School Settings you will click on CICO under the Applications Menu. Select “Define Period and Expectations” and rather than edit, click on Add.
