Just had phone calls from 2 schools corporations--same problem I see posted earlier today. Log in happens then when they try to get to swis--blank white screen or back to apps home pages with log in completed. what should we advise when this happens--this seems to be a recurring issue? I don't think it happens for very long, but I think it does happen for folks over and over again.
We released an update last night with some new features and bug fixes, one of which is causing failure with the login. We are currently rolling the release back and hope to have all service restored in the next 30 minutes. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience while we work on fixing the issue.
