We to find the conversation with schools and facilitators around how many users a school should have difficult. Each school is a bit different but we recommend limiting the number of full-access users to only the users whom will be entering data and then read-only, to the few whom will be regularly accessing reports. We use the same reasons you do when letting facilitators and/or school know our recommendations. We always come back to what will they be using the data for, most teachers think they will view and use the reports more than the often do. We also find that the teachers get to view the data during their team meetings where they will be asking the questions and making decisions based on the data. It is up to you and the school to add more read-only users keeping mind the reasons above.

Thank you,
