How are new Referral Entry Only users invited to use SWIS?

Referral Entry Only users will receive an email when set up as users in SWIS. The email sent will include instructions on how to access the system and complete set up of their account. Below is an example of the email:

Hi XXX,

XXX XXX just gave you Referral Entry Only access to Starfleet Academy’s SWIS account.

What's SWIS?
Starfleet Academy uses the School-Wide Information System (SWIS) to collect and report student referrals. As a Referral Entry Only user, you'll be able to enter your office discipline referrals directly into SWIS and assign them for review as part of your school’s referral workflow.
