Can I change the dates on a current survey window?

Last Updated: Dec 10, 2014 08:59AM PST
Yes! Coordinators and supervisors can change the open date, close date, or both for any existing survey window. Whether the survey is open, upcoming, or closed, windows may be modified to reflect the appropriate dates the survey should be taken. The fastest way to update survey windows is from the Dashboard:
  1. From the Dashboard, click the name of the survey from the appropriate section (Surveys Currently Open, Surveys Currently Closed, Surveys Upcoming) to expand the menu.
  2. Check the box next to the name of the school(s) to change the open and/or close dates. (To check all schools visible within the expanded survey menu, click Select All Visible. Scroll to the next page to select additional schools – schools selected from the previous page remain selected. Click Clear Selection to uncheck all selected boxes.)
  3. Click Change Dates for Selected Surveys.
  4. Modify the Start Date to open the survey window at an earlier or later date.
  5. Modify the End Date to close the survey window at an earlier or later date.
  6. Click Update to make the change.
  7. A window opens confirming the changes. Note: If the application is unable to make the change for any reason, that result will display in this window.
  8. Click Ok.
