How do I address the possible problematic data in my account?

Last Updated: Jul 15, 2014 10:38AM PDT
Within the Data Integrity system, any possible error can be corrected the same way.

To address problematic data:
  1. From the SWIS Dashboard, double-click the row you'd like to address within the Data Integrity Summary.
  2. Any problematic data will be listed off to the right in a yellow box. Areas of your account free of errors will be listed to the left in green.
  3. Within one of the categories to correct, double-click the row to address.
  4. Correct the error.
  5. Click Save.

If records appear in your Data Integrity system which should be ignored, you will want to adjust your Data Integrity settings within School Settings. For more information about how to setup your Data Integrity system, please see the support article: How do I setup my Data Integrity settings?
